Made from fruit sourced from vineyards in Victoria, where temperatures are typically slightly warmer than in Burgundy, but cooler than Bordeaux. Coupled with relatively warm fermentation temperatures, this produces a soft and fleshy Pinot Noir. Made for early drinking, this is an open and generously textured Pinot Noir, with warm and jammy red fruit flavours, together with soft tannins and medium body. At its best with duck or rabbit dishes.
