Jean-Luc Colombo was a pioneering winemaker and consultant who, since the early 1980's, has been responsible for introducing many modern winemaking and viticultural techniques to the Rhône including organic farming methods and de-stemming. Bright and youthful purple colour, with an unmistakable hint of wild thyme on the nose, complementing the raspberry and plum fruit. Ripe and sweet fruit are balanced by drying, grippy tannins.
