Review: We purchased the JK121 filter kettle about 21 months ago. Because it had the filter unit in it,this we found to be very practical as we were already using a filter jug so the combination was a great way of saving space.Unfortunately the element has just burnt out and I have been trying to get the kettle repaired, so far to no avail.As the JK121 is quite an expensive kettle to buy I find it extrodinary that I am unable to get it repaired,I have tried several businesses in yellow pages and they have not been able to help me.
