Cons: Poor quality unusable after 3 weeks use with premature twins under 9lb

Review: Unable to get these in high street stores I bought off the internet when my twin grandsons were born 3 weeks premature. They were too small to use them until they were three weeks old. After 3 weeks use, the handle at the back, where you adjust the positioning, snapped off exposing bear cabling and making it unusable.The retailers refused to refund as Concord insist on having every bouncer back to check for manufacturing faults. I was told that the damage was most likely due to overloading or mishandling. They insisted on collecting to take it back for analysis, leaving us with only one rocker between the twins and making feeding time very difficult.Unfortunately they failed to meet the agreement to collect on the speficied day and it was a further week before they collected. We dont have their verdict yet.Whilst these look good and are invaluable, the durability is poor and after sales care even worse for that reason alone I cannot recommend
